From my early days at JCPenney's, where I immersed myself in the world of baby products, to thriving in the fast-paced environment of the restaurant industry, I learned the importance of adaptability and the value of teamwork. As a dedicated Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse, I honed my leadership skills amidst the exciting challenges that came my way.
Transitioning to administrative roles within retail companies, I embraced the structured environment while recognizing the need for creative expression. It was during this time that I discovered a deep passion for design, a realm where I could fuse my resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and a touch of humor.
Throughout my personal journey, I have also navigated the labyrinth of the human mind, seeking guidance and understanding from a range of professionals. As a result, I have gained valuable insights into neurodiversity and the importance of promoting healthy work environments. I'm determined to champion diversity, particularly for strong women who face unique challenges in corporate industries.
